if you scroll to the bottom of the page on a list view, then go to a detail page, then go back, you shouldn't lose your place. you should be at the same place where you were before.

when clicking a detail issue link or discussion link, always scroll to the top

in the channel view, when i navigate to the calendar tab, it should not jerkily auto-scroll up to the top

when going to issue detail page from list view, should start at the top, not the middle of the page

can close issue with comment, both items......
