You could save them some time by preemptively sending them a list of every aspect of your life that's potentially embarrassing or damaging.
When I was young, I used to be afraid of microwaves. When I went to heat up the food, I would turn on the microwave and then hide behind a wall. You see, I knew you needed physical protection from X-rays, so I thought microwaves might work in a similar way. That's embarrassing, so should I send them an email to that effect?
